I ordered a seafood teriyaki platter with veggies. Was supposed to be shrimp, scallops and white fish. The two shrimp were fully encased with the shell and had to be opened with your hands 😭 There were no scallops at all and with the white fish was a strange meat that I couldn't identify, maybe pork. And there were no veggies. After voicing my displeasure they did nothing. This is a $28.00 plate that I will never order again. On a brighter note, my husband enjoyed his suchi.

Its Sushi. Not impressed. Server didn't know what Uni was. The Sashimi was warm and not very fresh. Probably won't return. Grocery store sushi is better.

A very disappointing experience at Chitose last Monday. The restaurant was almost empty, so the service was great, but the sushi was terrible. Watery and flaccid, it had clearly been deeply chilled or frozen, ruining the texture and taste. I’ve always heard that Monday is a bad day to go for sushi, but this was the first time I had a bad meal at Chitose.

This is the third time I have been here. Food is good. The amount of garlic edamame was good. A little salty for us and the amount served now doesn't fill up the bowl like it used to. Our server did a great job. We will be back

I love the miso soup and vegetable tempura roll. I get avocado and crunch on top of my roll! This place is delicious every time. I also love the side salad with ginger dressing.
