I love the miso soup and vegetable tempura roll. I get avocado and crunch on top of my roll! This place is delicious every time. I also love the side salad with ginger dressing.

Toshis used to be my favorite for years. But the quality and portion sizes went down hill after they changed owners. Everyone in my friend group agrees that Chitose is the current best Sushi in town. And they are on door dash ;)

I was not prepared to like this place as much as I did. We loved Crazy Sushi Fever and were so sad to see them leave. But after trying Chitose we are feeling much better about the transition. Very yummy rolls, good customer service and quality seafood. I especially enjoyed the spicy tuna handrolls with avocado! Yummm. They were adorable and so sweet towards my son. Made him a mini roll so he wouldnt have trouble eating. Too cute. Looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent food. Just a simple Unagi roll has the perfect amount of sauce and texture. The atmosphere and architecture is fun and modern and the service was kind and prompt. If you're out here, definitely give this place a try!

Don't get the ramen to go. They don't package the noodles and broth separate so by the time you get home all you have super sogy noodles and ZERO broth.
The staff there was very kind and helpful but I have to say... the sushi just wasnt good. The main problem was that the nori was super tough. Like it was past date or left out to dry. I couldn't bite through it on both pieces I had. I probably should've sent it back but I felt bad. We had already sent back s cucumber salad. I honestly wouldn't go back.

I was not prepared to like this place as much as I did. We loved Crazy Sushi Fever and were so sad to see them leave. But after trying Chitose we are feeling much better about the transition.
