“Made a pit stop at Paso Robles, and I thought, some hot noodle soup sound good for a cold weather. I was kinda skeptic 🤨 thinking it’s a Thai restaurant and not Vietnamese. But it did not disappoint. The broth alone was tasty. A single serving can feed two.
