I used to be a fan, but let's face it dutch bros has been sliding downhill for at least a decade. Gone are the reasonable priced, the fun, friendly workers and what used to be a clear appreciation for the customer. I used to bring my own cup and they would not only consider it smaller than it was, they would often fill it up at a discount. Now? They argue with me how big my cup is, charge me for a full size- no discount at all. Even the birthday and father's day and such bonuses have apparently vanished. Probably since they went public and the bottom line became the primary driving factor. That which once made them great is no more. Now it seems to be a clique of brats with bad attitudes and overpriced drinks. Like Starbucks but lower quality

I placed my order on the app and the person that was taking drive through orders said I had to wait until the last car that was there. I been to many different Dutch Bros and the person who’s taking the orders usually goes from one lane to the next lane. When she finally comes to me and asks for my name, 15 minutes had passed. So when I got to the window, I told the barista what happened. He said that if the barista can mentally remember the order of the cars, then that’s how they take the orders. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a mobile order. I told him that no other Dutch Bros does that. Since I started buying Dutch (about 1 year) I have never experienced any like this. Mind you, every one that she help placed their order with her. The barista at the window said that it would be faster if I just go to the window if I have a mobile order. SMH Plus they have a sign promoting mobile ordering. What for if you still have to wait

I love dutch bros im a dutch girly but this one in merced always makes my order wrong I have anxiety and depression I hate telling them my order wrong 🙃 ill stick to my fav one on hatch in modesto I love that dutch bros they know my order by heart

My son loves Dutch Bros over the other big company. The one in Atwater, ca doesn't have a bench to rest my legs and it was freezing. Staff is always helpful and nice

Shoutout to the morning crew! Hubby and I pulled in about 7am to get my morning fix and stickers. We were almost home when a woman came out of nowhere and just about jumped in front of us. Hubby braked so he wouldn’t hit her, she was able to jump back onto curb.Thank God we didn’t hit her but our coffee’s were done for. We drove back and let the Bro’istas at the Mobile Window know what happened. They replaced my order and even gave me two new stickers since my others were drowned in three cups of coffee and ice. Thank you so much!!

The drinks are always amazing but the Atwater location ALWAYS has the longest wait. Whether you do mobile app or drive thru, expect a long wait. I live in atwater and Its faster to drive to livingston to get one.
