My husband went through the drive-thru on Saturday to pick up an order I'd placed through the app for the 2 for $10 or 4 for $20. I ordered 2 Venti iced coffees and 2 Trenta iced teas. After what he said was a wait forever, he finally got to the window. They had the drinks in one of those flat cardboard things. As the guy handed it to my husband, 3 of the drinks tumbled over and spilled them all over my husband, seat, center console, and floor. The guy didn't even apologize! So he pulled around, parked went in and told them inside what happened and reordered thinking the drinks would be no charge because it wasn't his fault. NO, he had to pay for the drinks and not even ONE apology for him being soaked by coffee and iced tea. If this is how your customer service is like, we will from now on going to another location than this one. Do better!!!

Listen. I go to a lot of Starbucks establishments because I have a problem, lol. Why is it that every time I go to this Starbucks in particular, we sit in the drive thru FORVEVER. I've been to several, way busier SB, and don't sit in line like this one. Step up your game 5 corners SB. If I have time to get online and leave a review in the drive through, you take too long!

The worst Starbucks in the world, they don't greet, they don't serve on time, they take too long to deliver a pickup order. I have come twice and it is always like this.

This used to be the best starbucks in town, at least for me. My drinks were always made correctly, staff was friendly, and I had no issues. Not sure if they have new management now, or new staff in training, but I can say that I will no longer be supporting them. I've had too issues, and I've given many chances. The one by Tractor Supply has taken the cake, so I will be driving farther for their service.

It's a nice location with good service. A little more mellow. No drive though but a nice place to relax, study, read, or write your book.

Everytime I come, I regret it instantly. The drive thru wait has been horrible, 15 minute wait to up to 35 minutes.
This is very disappointing.

We asked for a Caramel Machiato with no milk since my husband is lactose intolerant. We wanted soy milk instead. Its been 3 hours since then and he's now had a fever and has been throwing up for a few hours. I'm pretty sure they put cow milk in it. This is not acceptable. He has a real allergy and that shouldn't be taken lightly. They are really hurting people. When we try to call corporate they try to shut us up with a gift card. We don't want a gift card. All we want if for some one to make the workers aware of the issue so it won't happen again. We shouldn't be sacred to visit starbucks.
