Love their sandwiches, but service has gone down hill. Have ordered online for a specific pick up time multiple times over the past month, and each time end of having to wait 15-30min past the pick up time. It's almost as if they don't start working on your order until you arrive at or past the time it's supposed to be ready.

Headed here after a long hike outside of Auburn. The place was empty on a Sunday at 3:30pm, which was actually great, in our opinion. Service was quick and (mostly) accurate, although they left pepperocinis on my husband's sando, when we requested them to be removed. We could've done without the 4 giant TVs, all on different channels, but that seems to be the norm. Loved the variety of sandwiches, including several vegetarian options.

Four employees, only two customers inside, ordered two salads, they got they order wrong. Perhaps if they turned the music down so two people could carry on a conversation, and the employees spent less time talking with each other, they could get the orders correct and serve more customers.

This place sucks, got shorted on a pitcher of beer with half of it being foam. Go here just about every day for lunch and it sucks good.

First, let me say we have been to a Beach Hut before and it was the most awesome experience. These restaurants offer a great atmosphere and entertainment. The food was great too. My family and I wanted something different on Sunday afternoon and we had not visited the BHD in Auburn....What a mistake that was! The dining area floors were dirty and I could've forgiven that, but the service was horrible! The lady who took our order was not very pleasant and seemed annoyed and there was another employee that squeezed his way in front of my husband as he was reading the menu- There was no excuse me or sorry or anything. When we got our food here again my husband said thank you and the girl walked away not saying a word and the food was okay. I wished we would've stayed home I could've done way better. Sorry BHD never again- Business owners need to mandate great customer services these days. Honestly, this could be a great place to hang out if the customer service was on point.
