Four employees, only two customers inside, ordered two salads, they got they order wrong. Perhaps if they turned the music down so two people could carry on a conversation, and the employees spent less time talking with each other, they could get the orders correct and serve more customers.
Based on everything I've heard of this place, I'm not impressed. It's got a nice atmosphere but people that act like they don't like their jobs working here. I like how the Card Machine asks you for a tip at the register while paying, But they call your name out and you still gotta go pick your food up. I think the tip should Have went the other way as a discount for the customer Finishing the Job.. The shark bite sandwich is Very Tasty, there's a lot going on.

Headed here after a long hike outside of Auburn. The place was empty on a Sunday at 3:30pm, which was actually great, in our opinion. Service was quick and (mostly) accurate, although they left pepperocinis on my husband's sando, when we requested them to be removed. We could've done without the 4 giant TVs, all on different channels, but that seems to be the norm. Loved the variety of sandwiches, including several vegetarian options.
