Placed an order on the mobile app and selected drive-thru as I needed to make it as fast as possible (running to get food for my family who was getting ready for a play). I pulled into the drive thru only to be told I’d have to go in to pick it up. I go in and pick it up but had to ask for my two cups and water cup. The drive thru was open. Horrible experience.
Sat in drive thru for over 15mins behind ONE car. Only to be served soggy sloppy buns slathered in ketchup all over the outside. I brought it back which took a total of 20 more mins to get BACK to drive thru. I asked to have it remade AS WELL as a full refund. Well, i got my refund and had to sit there ANOTHER 10mins after which an employee finally came back to the window and asked me this...."can i help u?"
