I will never be going to Burger King any Burger King again after spending almost $25 on two croissant sandwiches a bacon egg burrito which wasn't very good the sauce was nasty and a coffee never again I could have bought three dozen eggs and a package of bacon for $25 and had breakfast for a week

Haven't been in a long time and have to say: NO! Fish Burger was disgusting, so was my husband's chicken sandwich. The cheeseburgers were ok (not more!). Environment was filthy. Will not return.

Interesting building converted into a burger King. Food looked good and tasted good. A non service dog was off leash in the place, and I had terrible stomach pain several hours later. Won't go back

The manager was cussing at her employees in front of everybody. Food was cold. I do not appreciate your getting yelled at on my lunch.

Hi. I just have to say THANK YOU for the great service and delicious Beyond Burger Whopper and fries! Fries were hot and salty, beyond burger had lots of produce on it too. The employee was working hard and doing a great job!

THERE WAS A DEAD FLY IN MY CHICKEN SANDWHICH! DO NOT EAT HERE! The restaurant is absolutely filthy and the workers are rude. I called to talk to a manger, a man answered and said “hello”, in a very rude tone like I was bothering him by a phone call, and that was all he said, no “hi this is Burger King” nothing, so I said “hey I don’t know if I talk to you or a manager”, to speak about getting a refund, and they won’t pick up any phone calls as soon as I said the word manager, he hung up immediately. Literally I couldn’t even finish the word manager before he hung up, and I was not being rude I came off very calm and collected, which most people wouldn’t have in my situation. I ate almost half my chicken sandwhich when some of my lettuce fell out and I noticed a dead shriveled fly stuck to one of the pieces, which clearly has been sitting there longer than a few days it was skinny and dry. As of now I am very sick to my stomach, and have been nauseated for the past 2 days.

Hello Everyone! I visited the Bell Road Facility on Thursday 24th in the late afternoon. I was treating myself to some BK for the first time in Months. I entered and observed the facility to be clean and somewhat organized. The Covid Screen was still in place and scratched and dismal. No customers were inside and I waited for at least 5 min. Before a pleasant looking employee finally came to take my order. I am from Texas and ordered the #2 Combo medium. Then I decided to add a #1 without combo and just get the Burger. This is where it became tricky. As I ordered, the greeter asked if I wanted cheese and I agreed. The Greeter continued to change my words to Plain. I explained that I did not want the fries or a drink, just the burger. It went back and forth several times and I explained her words were confusing me; regarding the plain. Finally I became so dissatisfied, I just agreed. When I received the order it was just what she insisted I order regarding the Burger Plain. At first, I was mad at myself for not insisting and clarifying what the heck the girl was talking about.
Shortly after, I changed my attitude and realized I was being served by a Presidential Candidate and had been swindled into agreeing to a "Word Salad Debate" ; The only thing was I forgot to get her Signature. Darn....

Hands down this is the best Burger King I've ever been to.... It's huge inside it was very clean the food was great even with the customization of orders in the bathrooms were huge and clean and had music rocking in them it was awesome. Oh just add a little note they accept EBT which would have gotten them a sixth star if you could do that...

Left out 1/2 of my order, wouldn’t answer the phone. I have a broker leg and my ride was gone and I couldn’t get back to get what I paid for. And had asked if everything was in the bag they said yes.
