Been going here for decades- well, mostly the Roseville one, but the food is consistent and delicious. Get the soup! Yum. Also the Chicken Enchilada with the green sauce. MmmmmMmm. LOVE the chunky salsa! So good.

Went to cafe Delicias on 49 for the first time tonight! We walked into the place and almost walked out due to the cafeteria feel we got from the way it was decorated. There were flys flying around most of the tables. The waitress was a great asset to the restaurant. She was nice and had a great personality. The food came pretty quick but there was only one other person in there. The food was ok we both had tacos and the meat really was kinda bland. We only got one basket of chips and was offered a refill on my drink when I was done eating. Not sure I will be going back especially because of the amount of flys flying around.

This restaurant was a solid three-star experience. The food was mediocre, and the service was good. Chips and salsa we're a bit boring. Chips were not especially fresh and salsa tasted canned. They would have been an acceptable snack for an evening at home watching TV. The carne asada dinner was okay. The rice and beans, and the enchilada met expectations. The beef was a little bland. Service was good. My diet Coke glass was always full. The ambience is extremely casual like a small family-owned restaurant. All in all it was a bit overpriced for the food quality. But I wasn't especially disappointed, and I left feeling like I had a decent dinner. Proprietor was very kind and helpful.
