A friend brought a Gina Marie red velvet cake to a party and what a treat. It was so beautiful with sparkles and such on a cute heart shaped cake. It was worth cutting into such a work of art because it was so yummy!
Highly recommend! Special orders, holiday pies, everything has ben delicious. Pecan Pie was claimed best ever from a pie connoisseur. Gina's specialty decorating is some of the best I have ever seen! A great bakery, run by a sweet local Family!

I bought this delightful handmade sourdough pasta this morning from Gina Marie's Custom Desserts. I topped it with a mix of garlic, Cremini and Shiitake mushrooms from BriarPatch Food Co-op, chicken, thyme, deglazed with a splash of white wine, lemon, and mixed in basket sheep ricotta from Bellwether Farms. I finished it with a drizzle of Meyer lemon olive oil from Calolea. It was superb! Well done Gina and crew!
