You can have the combination taste of Japanese and Korean food here. A kids-friebdly restaurant. Not besides the highway, but it is worth 2 miles drive if you want to have Ramen near the Auburn area.We are impressed with the delicious Sushi "I-80", a variety of choices with interesting names. Ramen broth is ok, the ingredients are satisfied. The Bento Box is good value. Mochi ice cream makes kids' day.The last call for the kitchen is at 8:30 pm, we can't order more food in time. Will try the Korean style TanTam noodle next time.

If you don’t mind cockroaches this place is great! While I’m sure all restaurants have a cockroach problem, this place seems to have an exorbitant amount of them running about! I’ve seen employees literally swatting at them on tables to hide them from customers. I even heard a first hand account of one flying into an employees mouth as they walked down the hallway there. Needless to say the food is pretty good but I just can’t get over the cucarochas infesting the place and the poor employees trying to hide it. Obviously the owner doesn’t care too much about it.

This review is hard to leave because this place used to be so good. Unfortunately, my last few experiences have been less than subpar. Some of the cons, the hot food is served cold, or just doesn't come at all, sushi isn't fresh and the service has been poor. The party of 5 all agreed we won't be back.

I've been eating Japanese food since 1978. I usually start with the Bento box.If that's good then I come back to the restaurant. And I try their sushi and sashimi. I have to say that this is hands down in my top five that i've been to over all these years.The sushi and sashimi is as perfect as it gets. The owners and staff are very friendly And treated me to a free ice cream and Saki and sang me Happy Birthday on my birthday.

I had to order pickup because the restaurant closed early, I was very disappointed with the customer service! Dear employees, you need to be trained on how to properly serve customers! zero feed! I was faced with the fact that the employees do not know how to do their job! carelessly, delicious food was without soy sauce, without cutlery and napkins! in the city of Auburn, in the middle of the night, all the stores were closed to buy more base for the dish! Thank you very much to the cook, the food is really delicious! and customers need to pay attention to the presentation, be sure to check their order!!!

Ordered katsu, spider roll, and various nigiri. katsu was not edible and they even forgot the sauce. spider roll was the worst i've ever had. no tails so i suspect it was some fake crab. Nigiri was very good..but for $125 for two, it's was frustrating. server was great and we tipped 20%. They have for sometime been getting away with terrible food at high prices. after a dozen times here we are done! good luck getting g a crappy table in a terrible restaurant.
