Nice neighborhood sushi place. Cute patio (dog-friendly!) and several indoor tables. We had the V49 veggie roll, the Obi-Wan Kenobi roll, and an order of hamachi sashimi. All fresh, delicious, and pretty. The miso soup was flavorful and they gave us complementary egg rolls. We will be back!

I work in the area and WOW. I’m an avid sushi lover and live in the greater Sacramento area.. I’ve tried sushi literally everywhere. I just came back from a trip in Japan and didn’t think I could find a place just as delicious as back from where it comes from! The chef threw in extra toro and spring rolls and everything was a 10/10. The uni was super fresh. Clean and friendly staff. 💓

Jinme Ramen & Sushi Bar offers a variety of delicious Japanese and Korean dishes, including the bento box and the flavorful Sushi "I-80." This family-friendly restaurant is perfect for a group dinner on the patio. The Ramen broth is satisfactory, and the Mochi ice cream is a hit with kids. Many customers find the sushi to be top level, and all the traditional Japanese food is described as awesome. The owners are known to be very nice people, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
While the service can be slow at times, the quality and presentation of the food often exceed expectations. Most dishes are fresh and well prepared, making the drive for a unique dining experience near Auburn worthwhile. However, some have noted that the uni looked a bit dark and not very fresh. For those who don't eat sushi, the vegetable tempura is a different take from the Japanese version but still interesting. Overall, this restaurant is a solid spot that is definitely worth trying if you're in town.
