I was extremely disappointed with the customer service during my visit. When I entered the restaurant, I was not greeted or acknowledged, and the staff seemed unsure how to assist me despite there being no other customers present. The employee I interacted with spoke in a condescending manner and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience for simply placing an order and requesting standard toppings. I was respectful and polite throughout the interaction, yet the attitude I received was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service is a key part of any business, and this experience fell well below expectations. As a result, I will not be returning.

(added photo) One employee exited with a visibly unkind demeanor and communicated with me in a degrading and dismissive tone throughout my attempt to place an order. I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her by simply requesting additional toppings—an entirely reasonable request and part of her role. I remained polite and respectful at all times, yet was treated in a way that made me feel unwelcome in a business where I was spending my money. Had the situation been handled professionally, my experience may have been different. Unfortunately, due to this interaction, I will not be returning.

Everything you need to make a Saturday night with the family extra special. We heart Mod pizza! The Dijon vinegarette knocked my socks off. So tasty! I'm slowly eating my no name cake and I have enough pizza leftover for a midnight snack and breakfast! Win/win!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love to do the customized pizza at Mod Pizza. I have a list of all the ingredients I want on the pizza and read it off. Comes out delicious! It’s like 10 toppings for the price of one anywhere else! Can’t beat it!!

This disgrace of an employee named jack jack certainly cranked my snake when he gave me the wrong order.
The large pizza is very small and not worth the money. Lots of grease and cross contamination. Also found a hair in it, got a refund.

I was disappointed with the gal who assisted me and my family today. I understand it gets busy and loud at times but people need to understand without customers there is no job. This lady had a mask on, so not only was it loud but it’s hard to hear her. She was a bit rude and made a hand gesture as if I was taking long. I was trying to be respectful and make sure she heard my order correctly. How is anyone suppose to know while taking an order down and not making eye contact is the customer suppose to know when you’re ready for the following part of the order. If it wasn’t for my 3 year old, I would have left.

Look, if you are going to wear a mask, sound off like you got a pair or don't interact with customers. It's rude and inconsiderate of those that have hearing issues. I cant see your mouth move. I will no longer talk to that female employee that doesn't wear a name tag. Pizza was ok though. Unevenly cooked and poorly cut. Definitely had better from here.
