I enjoyed the unsweetened and green tea today. The service was very friendly. However, the toilets in the women's restroom were very dirty. One was completely yellow in the bowl after flushing! The dining area was spotless but the restrooms had been neglected for days.

I'm so glad that you guys have promoted Dani. That's an employee who knows how to get things done! The service has improved dramatically my food is hot and fresh. It's absolutely time to go back to that five-star review.

Went there today they were out of focaccia bread they were out of baguettes. That's half your menu. How can you call yourself Panera "Bread". Decided not to eat there went somewhere else.

Why do employees remove all goods from the counter two hours before closing?

Slowest drive thru ever! If you plan on using the drive thru prepare to wait 20-30 minutes for your food. Otherwise good food.

As a regular at Panera's in Roseville, I would give this location a look-see. I went at breakfast time with an old friend. I have enjoyed their steel-cut oatmeal at other locations, but I decided to try something different, the freshly baked Spinach & bacon souffle. Made with cheddar cheese & a hint of garlic, it suited my tastebuds. My friend ordered a toasted cinnamon crunch bagel and cheese—and raved about it. Place was uncrowded at 8:30. Service was efficient. Server had positive attitude. Everything was positive including a spotless men’s room I am on their coffee sipping program. I get unlimited self-serve coffee, good at most locations. They serve excellent brew here. Panera offers a wide array of pastries and baked goods.

I have visited the Panera location at 2845 Bell Rd., Auburn, CA, four times in the past month and a half. Each time, the Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Bowl was unavailable. The first few times, I was told by an employee that the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl is very popular and usually "sells out" by 2pm daily. I wondered why the store doesn't increase their inventory order if they know they sell out--but that is besides the point. Today at 10:45am, I visited AGAIN and ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Bowl. I was told by the assistant manager (Dani) that it is "not prepared and will not be available today." I asked what that meant, because clearly the other dishes have to be "prepared" and those are presumably available to order. Assistant manager Dani was quite rude and said, "we have not had a preparer at this store for 3 months." Huh??? Nice thing to say to a customer. Badmouth your company. Nice. So I asked to speak to the Store Manager (apparently his name is Phil). Well, "Phil" is never there! This was the last time I will visit the Panera in Auburn. I wonder if the owner knows that his staff is destroying his business. I also filed a complaint with Panera Corporate so the company is aware that this franchised store is ruining the Panera brand. Don't go to this location. It's pretty awful!

Panera is so right on; and this location is particularly nice and friendly. I like the seasonal variety, new menu items and cleanliness of the restaurant. The Panera Loyalty program, MyPanera, is a breeze. Always enjoy a reward cookie or other baked treat now and then.

I ordered the Fuji apple salad without chicken. Apparently every salad at Panera bread is made with chicken and if you order one without chicken, they just pick out the chicken. Well, there was a few pieces of gross boiled chicken in the bottom of my salad. And the dressing was like Some kind of an oily goo. The greens weren’t very fresh tasting either. And way too many red onions. Maybe to cover up for the missing chicken? I know I went in kind of late as it was probably around 8 PM but, I usually expect better quality from Panera bread . it would be nice if the salads were all offered a salads and you could get chicken on them. Not everybody wants chicken on their salad.
