Because I saw so many customers inside and customers lingering outside, I decided to give Pizzeria Luba a try. What a wonderful surprise! Beautiful retro graphic design posters adorn the walls. Great selection of local craft beers and wine. Attentive service from a team of workers. Delicious sourdough crust pizza baked in a stone oven. First timers. Why did we wait so long? Quaint little pizzeria in old town Auburn. They opened at 4, so we arrived at 430. Great table. Had a choice to sit in the bar or dining room. Service was a 10. Beer list it current and all great choices. We started with a Cesar salad with anchovies on the side. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Fat Lou and Cotto. Both were cooked properly and tasted great. Dessert was a couple scoops of gelato. Until next time, certainly won’t be 3 years. Cheers
