I ordered a sandwich through Doordash tonight and discovered a long hair in the sandwich while I was eating. I've ordered from here a few times before and it's always been good but that long of a hair in my food is concerning and pretty disgusting.

I ordered a sandwich from here through Doordash and there was a long hair inside my sandwich. I've ordered a couple of other times and not had an issue but that was a pretty disgusting discovery in my sandwich.

Paid $1.25 extra for avocado on each sandwich and got completely rotten avocado on both. Not great...

Best sandwich around. The sourdough bread is just delicious. Take home a loaf with your sandwiches. You’ll be craving it!

Their customer service is terrible. Very rude employees. Overcharged me on my receipt from the advertised menu on wall and said too bad, prices went up. I asked for the manager and she said she didn't know. Very rude customer service and over charge. She refused to give me the price difference on the wall menu to the register charge.

This location SUCKS!!! The older woman with short gray hair was very rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience that my friend and I came in to order sandwiches, didn’t even greet us, started with “what do you want?”, and would barely let us get a word in while ordering. She should treat customers with respect, as they sign her paychecks, or she should NOT work here. It created a hostile environment. Also, another employee was wearing a In-N-Out shirt for some reason?? The only alright thing about this place is the food.Edit: I wrote this review before even eating because I was so angry. They messed up our entire order as well. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The clam chowder was very good and the crispy chicken sandwich was excellent.

Long wait for a chicken salad sandwich with no chicken in it :( If I had ordered a mayo and grape sandwich, then I would have been happy.

We paid $45 and waited over 50 minutes for 3 mediocre sandwiches. They were out of multiple ingredients. Waste of time and money. When we tried to say something about the unacceptable wait, we were told they were understaffed and told there is no manager. There was only one other couple in the restaurant & they already had their food, so being understaffed is not an excuse to take over 50 minutes when your location is empty. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of everything, the heater was on full blast & made the long wait even more miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food is great, but it's always painfully slow. Two sandwiches shouldn't take 30 minutes when the store is empty.

Had soup and sandwich it was OK there's better sandwich shops out there. Had the special chicken sandwich (forgot the name). There was way too much mayonnaise and it was sour tasting. The service is a little slow they don't seem to be in a rush to get your food out. They were literally out of every single soda. The only options were tea and ginger ale.

25 min. wait for a sandwich and it wasn't even busy!!! Shitty management here, I won't go back.

It’s a Sunday, 1:00pm and I am a handicapped elderly woman. I walked across the parking lot with my cane, wanting to buy a sandwich, but I was turned away and I was told that they are temporary closed until 4:00pm because they are short of help. I will never go to this sandwich shop ever again. I could see people inside eating and ordering sandwiches, but it would be a half hour wait. Well, Sourdough and Company, you have permanently lost my business!!!!

Today I went in as they were training new employees. Management told me she really did not want to close her doors but they needed to do so because she wanted to make sure that she trained correctly. Making sure that customers are well taken care of. She was very friendly and I am happy of the commitment to the business. I will definitely support this place.
