Only complaint is their grease that they fry donuts in was a bit old. Donuts would have been much better if they were cooked in newer grease

I wanted to like this place, but went 3x and the donuts were very stale 2 of those times. Came in the morning and the donuts tasted like they sat out all night, dry with a stale flavor. Came in the evening and they were the same. Hope they turn things around because the prices and location are good but with the poor quality of the donuts you’re better off going to vons.

Island Doughnuts was a fairly decent donut eatery option while browsing the Catalina Island, with a super upbeat customer service experience (unfortunately can't recall the servers name) and with the Doughnuts themselves while overpriced for the locational experience were nice for the morning stroll. Not many options for doughnuts unfortunately, in the area and here.While not reinventing the wheel by any means, this was a solid place to grab a doughnut while passing through the streets of Avalon. Decent doughnuts for sure.

Loved this donut shop! Cheap but so good! Donuts are huge and delicious.
Great place to go every morning and get your donut fix. There is a pretty good selection here I recommend the Boston cream pie it was very good and also pretty big donut

I came by during the 9am hour to buy donuts for my family. Lights were on, stacks of donuts in the window. No one was there to take my order. I waited around for a few minutes and gave up.
