The picture is deceiving; in reality, the breakfast is much smaller. The staff seemed half asleep—either not consuming enough coffee or having had too much of something else. Over the intercom, they said ‘yes’ regarding the substitution, but they never followed through in the end.

I visited Carls Jr at Azusa location the cashier and cook we’re very nice the give me an excellent service I’m so happy with this kind of employees i can’t wait for visit one more time this place after today this is going to be my favor restaurant I want to give them 100000000% thank you Ana and Mabel and Sindy I really appreciate it
