First time I went there was 2014 when I was 16. I remember a nice woman with blonde hair working there. I was 3 weeks in LA and visited this spot nearly every day cause of her, dont know if she still works there.. Hope so :)

i worked here in 2017-2018, but based on recent reviews, not much has changed. here's what you gotta know. crispy chicken is fried less often because it's usually made to order. if it's taking a long time, that's probably why. pot pies take the longest and at most only 5 are made for the whole day. most food sits in the hot bins for hours and hours, long past regulation. if the staff is on their phones, ignoring you, or being altogether rude, that goes all the way up the management line so don't bother. the place is rarely cleaned properly because it takes too long.but in the defense of the workers, this kfc is ADDICTED to hiring kids from the local high schools (azusa and gladstone high) and scheduling them during school days. this is an overworked, underscheduled, underpaid staff just trying to survive.i could see this place benefitting from some major staffing changes. a few high school kids are fine for prep work or some cleaning here and there, but don't expect them to be running the drive-thru with one other person in the back and having a smile on their face. these kids are expected to work until midnight or even 1 am cleaning, and then go to school the next day, if they don't have to ditch class to adhere to the company schedule.also when i worked there, there was a bulge in the dining room floor. i went back recently and the bulge has grown huge. i don't know if that's a pipe or what.

KFC closed. This location would never have any specials like all other locations. The kids working inside didn’t care and would laugh at customers disrespectfully. I hope it’s closed for good.

Ive eaten at this KFC a million times when visiting friends i had at Azusa Pacific. Customer service has always been bad here. Chicken is always good and the food. Little dirty inside and tables disguting when we have Covid going on. Other than that, Managaement needs to step up.

I'm in the area for work and I'm thinking a chicken pop pie would be perfect for this fall breeze. They just opens at 10:30 and it's 11:24 as I'm writing this unfortunate review! I ask to use the bathroom and the mess from yesterday that I walked into is disgusting especially during Covid times! I hate to take pics of an untidy bathroom, but I had too! If I didn't have to go then I would have just left if I didn't already pay for my food. The restaurant is clean but that bathroom is a mess. So I let them know up front that the bathroom is disgusting for them to just open up. The young man apologized and said that someone will clean it right away. I'm still in here eating 10 mins later and no one has even bothered. Maybe they'll clean it around 2 or 3 in the afternoon I'm defiantly sending these pics to corporate!!!

Stay away from this location. The past three visits they have forgotten an item. On my last visit8-06-2021 I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag. He said yes. I looked in the bag only to find two items were missing. He said I didn't pack the bag, but I said you handed me the bag and said everything was correct. He told me I don't care it wasn't his job to pack the bag. He handed me the two missing items and walked away. Terrible customer service.
