First time I went there was 2014 when I was 16. I remember a nice woman with blonde hair working there. I was 3 weeks in LA and visited this spot nearly every day cause of her, dont know if she still works there.. Hope so :)

Ive eaten at this KFC a million times when visiting friends i had at Azusa Pacific. Customer service has always been bad here. Chicken is always good and the food. Little dirty inside and tables disguting when we have Covid going on. Other than that, Managaement needs to step up.

I want to give this location five stars, because don't ask me why, but I had so many questions in the Drive-Thru and I believe his name was Andrew who helped me. (sorry if I'm wrong he was the one in the Drive-Thru around 8:00pm and I want him to get all the credit) He was very nice, sweet and patient. He was happy to answer all of my questions.
