I honestly enjoy this places bagels. But, the customer service is less than desirable. It makes it hard to go back. I mean they are intentionally rude.

This spot if fireee. I ordered a bagel when I was waiting outside the DH arena for AOC & Bernie, and I really enjoyed it. SHOUT OUT CINNAMON GLAZED BAGEL WITH HONEY ALMOND SPREAD 🗣️

We order from here often using their own website. Today they forgot part of our order, the confirmation email had no info on it about who to contact so I called the restaurant. The girl was rude and not helpful at all and actually laughed and said there was nothing she could do.

Pricey. I ordered 2 dz. Specialty bagels + what they said was enough cream cheese and the total came to $70. I ended up not getting the cream cheese and going to Albertson's instead where I paid half the price. I was able to place my order the day before and AM pickup which was nice. Customer service was good.

Love the bagels delicious food
I stayed by the pickup line for 10 minutes, and nobody helped me. They didn't even look at me or told me we'll be right with you. I placed my order 40 minutes before going to exactly avoid waiting, and it didn't help at all. Staff is so rude, and they all look miserable doing their job.

I love this place! The matcha is actually pretty good, which means a lot since it’s hard to come by. Definitely come to this place for a delicious breakfast bagel.
