Miyoshi Japanese Restaurant is a great find with fantastic food and plentiful portions. The Sushi chefs choice and Chicken Teriyaki dinner were perfect to share. The atmosphere is relaxed yet fun, and the service is always on point. The sushi is fresh and beautifully prepared. However, the hours of operation have a break between lunch and dinner. While the venue is small and in a decent neighborhood, the prices are on the higher side. Despite the cost, Miyoshi Sushi is considered the best place for sushi in and around Bakersfield, but additional affordable options like Edamame and miso soup would be appreciated by customers.
