My son picked Burger King for his 3rd birthday. A group of 20 of us went to celebrate his special day. Right away Alex the assistant manager welcomed us and was so nice. He offered to take my sons cake to the fridge to keep cool and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Once everyone was there we all ordered. All at once. Burger King in Bakersfield offers a standard fast-food experience, with an outdoor seating area that has been closed for years. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible at the front near the entrance. Customers have noted that the staff, especially Jen, provides excellent and genuine customer service, making visits enjoyable. The restaurant is known for being very clean, and despite some slow dine-in service during busy times like lunch, customers find the staff friendly and in good moods. The food, especially the Whoppers, is generally good, although some have mentioned that fries can be cold and the soda may taste flat. Overall, many customers prefer this location because of the welcoming atmosphere, good food, and accessibility.
