Took forever to place my order and get my food. The fries were soggy and didn't have extra onions as I requested. I think I may start going out of my way to go to another. Just tired of the woman at the drive-thru and how rude and short she is. Today, i was the only one in line and all three of my fries were cold.

I have done the survey on the company website for a free whopper. Fine print said order any thing. David the manager gave me attitude saying it only selected items. I showed the fine print from the company website. He did not follow it. I expect free food for the next year or 2 to come. For the inconvenience that I have to face. Company does not have any actual representative to help on the matter.

Not sure of the girls name who was about to take our order, but she was wearing a liberty high patriot sweatshirt and on her phone the entire time. But we ended up walking out. We walked up, she didn’t say a word to us, so my husband handed her our coupons and we told her that was all we wanted. My husband told her he didn’t want mayo on either sandwich. She goes “on both?” And he said yes. She then just stared at us so I had to say “that will be all thank you” and then I told her I had a gift card on my phone that I have to manually enter in. And she goes “yeah.. I figured.” With the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I just said “excuse me?” Because I wasn’t sure if I heard her right, and she said “ I said yeah I figured cause you showed it to me and was telling him” (my husband). I said okay can I enter the number then? And she said “well yeah it’s ready.” I go to enter the number, which is not typing into the system. I told her it wasn’t working and she goes “did you even enter it correctly?” I told her yes, and then got sick of the attitude we kept getting. All of the attitude and rudeness doesn’t translate well over a message, but I was seriously taken aback because I’ve literally never experienced it before. I grabbed my coupons and said forget it, I’m not ordering food here. I found the manager who was watching football on his phone. I asked if he was the manager and I explained to him what happened and he said “okay, want me to take your order?” And I said absolutely not we’re not eating here. He then went back to watching football. Absolutely ridiculous and teenager with these types of attitudes need to be properly trained and reprimanded for that type of behavior..

I went through the Drive thru and the cashier gal was really rude she didn't even repeat the total or say anything for that matter to me. I was disgusted that I didn't even get her name. The whoppers will always be good here it's just some cashiers need more customer service training.

Great service and great food here at this Burger King!! I got their new spicy nuggets for the first time and they were wet and delicious with spiciness!! Kinda excited after I ate the first nugget??
If it wasn't for a hobo loitering outside it would've been a more pleasant visit. But even in suburban Bakersfield more of them seem to show up.

Lady at the window with short blue hair has the worst attitude ive ever seen. They messed up my order. First my childrens bag had 0 toy and i specifically asked for one. My son is 3 and autistic his toy is his world for lunch when we decide to do a treat. Also there was lettuce on my burger and there wasnt supposed to be. The first time i called the store i got hung up on the second time i called the lady answering the phone could care less. 10/10 dont recommend unless you want to be given horrible customer service and an order missing items.Kid-friendliness: Who forgets the kids toy ???????????????
