I love El Pollo Loco's food. However, every time I come to this location, they forget something. My sides or my salsas or utensils, or napkins. It is such a bummer. I never leave bad reviews, but, this has happened every time I have come here. Really bums me out. I guess I've gotta triple check everything before I drive away. (I always use the drive-thru). I'm currently sitting in my house eating my burrito with no salsa. :(
