I eat this 2-3 times a week. Quick service and bomb food.

El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant that offers a mix of experiences for its customers. The staff is known for their friendly and welcoming attitude, often greeting customers with a warm "welcome." However, the quality of the food can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting dry chicken and small portions. There have been concerns regarding food handling practices, as some employees have been observed wearing gloves but touching various surfaces before preparing food. The takeout service is generally convenient, but there have been instances of order mistakes and rude staff. Customers have also mentioned difficulties in ordering at the counter, especially for older individuals unfamiliar with automated menus. Overall, El Pollo Loco provides a decent dining experience, but customers should be mindful of potential issues with food quality, order accuracy, and staff interactions.
