“Passing through from AZ to NorCal. Not much to eat that is highly rated in Bakersfield, so took a chance on a well rated food truck.
First time ordered a mix of chicken and ribs, a burrito and a pastor street taco to try.
Fantastic. We knew we’d stop in when we pass through later in the week to go home, and we did. 6 pastor tacos this time, and I cannot put into works how good these are.
Stop and get the pastor street tacos. Perfect meat to tortilla ratio, corn tortillas like they should be, just stop and get the tacos.
We’ll be back every time we travel through Bakersfield.“

“I had a great experience at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers! The chicken was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy, and the flavor was spot on. The Cane’s sauce is unbeatable and really takes everything to the next level. The fries were seasoned well, and the Texas toast was soft and buttery.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order came out fast even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which made the experience even better. Overall, great food, great service, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back“

“She told me I had to sign a waiver for the super spicy slider and I thought she was joking. She wasn't... But WOW I really enjoyed that sandwich! Only got a little over half way through it but maybe next time I'll get it all the way down. I'm just super excited to have a place that services ridiculously hot chicken :). Outside spice levels, the food was good. Prices are above average for self-serve dine in but worth going if you like spicy food.
Updated review because they're starting to get cheap with their sauces and charging extra for 5 cents of sauce. It's ketchup/mayo/mustard/spicy honey basically and isn't hard to make myself at home. Wish the business would just toss it in when you're spending $50 on food for 3 people.“

“Honestly is really awesome it’s halal and high quality chicken. The seasoning is perfect. Sal is my favorite there I see him all the time. Always is in a good mood and matches the vibe. I always take a while to order debating if I want the slider or angry Mac but he is always helping me out. Love seeing him there.“
