This was an excellent restaurant. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and although I am Korean, the food was absolutely perfect even by Korean standards. If you are looking for properly prepared and genuinely delicious Korean cuisine, I highly recommend this lovely place.
I was also deeply moved to learn that the owners close the restaurant every Tuesday and Wednesday to provide free meals to people experiencing homelessness. I sincerely wish them continued success and many blessings in return for their generosity.“

“Tired of all the general chain pizzas. Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Ceasars and papa John’s. Pizza guys is more expensive of course but definitely worth the price in my opinion. If bang for your buck is what you’re looking for though then this probably won’t be the best option. I usually get an XL with 16 wings for 50 bucks. Plus they throw in a free 2 liter so that’s cool.“

“When I heard about the new management, I wanted to give this place a try after 2 years because I didn’t like how they made it before. But now it is so so delicious. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one butter chicken and one paneer tikka. It fed my family of 5 with leftovers. The deal was buy one get one free and I only paid $28.13 for both. If they keep the prices low, deals going, and taste the same, it’ll be the best Indian style pizza in town. Highly recommend!!“

“First of all, I LOVE pizza. However, I also like not breaking the bank. For this reason I would always go to Little Caesars for there hot-n-ready. It wasn't great, but it was cheap, and I LOVE pizza. Until I finally realized one day that I was paying over $20 for 2 hot-n-ready pizzas. Rusty's pizza is really good, and their ranch is house made and I love it. Super expensive though. About 3 months ago I realized Magoo's was still there, and I remembered eating there when I was a kid. Magoo's Pizza is on par with Rusty's (if not better), and better priced. I've eaten there every 1-2 weeks for the last 3 months. Today I bought 2 large pizzas (1 three topping pizza, and 1 half and half pizza) and a large house made ranch for about $48.

“I've been ordering pizza from Santa Barbara Pizza & Chicken for many years. They are the best pizza in town. Their pizzas are cooked to perfection. My family usually orders the Tidal Wave (combo) and a Pepperoni with Black Olives. The toppings are generous and their cheese is flavorful. The chicken and wedges are fantastic. “I placed an online order for pick up. The food was great, but my son, who picked it up, experienced a situation. So after it was picked up, I received an email to rate my experience. Based on his issue, I rated it and shared my concern. The very next day, the manager of the Panama location contacted me to address the issue. Her name is Destiny. She was extremely kind and informative and helped clear up any and all confusion. I am so impressed that an organization went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. We rarely get that these days. It was so nice that they would take the time to help us understand their policies and their concern for customer satisfaction. These are the establishments that I value! She even offered a free dessert but I refused because that's not what i was looking for but it was nice that she would even offer. These are the places that I respect who value their customers!!

I ordered a carry-out pizza online from Pizza Hut’s “official” website; I selected the location at 11000 Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. When I went to pick it up, the store did not exist!! (Apparently, the location relocated, but Pizza Hut’s IT department didn’t update their website.)

I checked my email and my pizza order was sent to another location at 5221 B, Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. I called to check on my order; Desiree answered the phone, she stated, there was no order for the name I gave them. (My husband’s) I told Desiree, I received an email from Pizza Hut stating my order was at that location.

I paid for my order online; I asked her, who do I contact to get a refund? She said, she didn’t know!

I drove to the Pizza Hut location at 8110 Rosedale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. I explained my situation to Alyssa, she was very sympathetic to my issue and stepped right in the assist me. (I placed an order with Alyssa.) Alyssa went above and beyond her job description; she contacted the location at 5221 B Stockdale Hwy to investigate if I had an order there.

Apparently, my order was under my name, it wasn’t under my husband’s name which I initially sent up when I placed the order. But Desiree didn’t have the sense to correlate the order I was inquiring about with the email I told her I received for pickup at her location. (That’s generation X for ya, 99% of them are useless!!!)

Alyssa assured me the order would be canceled after an hour if the order wasn’t picked up and a refund to my debit card would be issued. (She canceled my order at that location.) Alyssa was so helpful, sweet, and saved our dinner!!! Thank you, sweetie!!!👏🏻😊“

“I haven't had Dominos in 13 years, but I always remembered liking it a lot. And 13 years later, it still stands up as a tastier pizza among all the other chain pizza places. Plus the staff was very helpful today due to an issue.

We were accidentally given the wrong order, and they made two of the same pizzas and gave us some garlic knots instead of the cake thing. We went inside and told them about it, and they instantly apologized and made us a fresh, correct pizza, the correct cake, and even gave us the wrong pizza for free which I wasn't even expecting.

That was already fantastic, but getting home and eating it was super good too. Mom agrees too that Dominos absolutely blew Pizza Hut out of the water because here, you can actually taste the quality, rather than the fatty cardboard you'd get from Pizza Hut.
