“We stopped at this restaurant in Bakersfield on our way to Death Valley, and honestly, the exterior and overall floor setup might seem a bit deceiving at first — but don’t let that fool you. The food is absolutely delicious!
We ordered Malai Kofta, Sarson Da Saag, Paneer Butter Masala, along with Amritsari Kulcha with Chhole, Garlic Naan, Makke Di Roti, and Tandoor Roti — and everything was outstanding. The real standout was the Amritsari Kulcha with Chhole — just superb. Fresh, authentic, and packed with flavor. The breads were perfectly made — soft, flavorful, and served hot.
The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. You can truly see the pride they take in their service and freshly made, authentic recipes. Everyone in our group, including the kids, loved the food.
We will definitely be coming back again!“

“I go to Crusaders every Weds. day night to play in a steel tip dart tournament. Crusaders is a fun place to meet people and to just hang out with friends. Crusaders also has a large stage for live bands. The stage area would need to be booked in advance. They have a good selection of beer made right on site. With many of those brews being award winning. They have friendly staff and a limited size dining area with men and women's restrooms that have baby changing tables available . Crusaders is very clean and has a friendly environment. They also sell beer to take home.“

“This place honestly surprised me in the best way. The food was amazing and the whole experience was just really enjoyable. The service was great — friendly, quick, and very attentive without being over the top. When the food came out, it totally lived up to the hype. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, and you could tell a lot of care went into the dishes. It’s not often a place impresses me this much on the first visit. The prices were also pretty fair, which is always nice when the food is this good. We had to drive a bit to get here, but after the meal I can easily say it was worth the trip. It was awkward, especially since it is quite out there. Also, our waiter could have cared less that we were there. But, again, the food was very good. D“

“I came here on the recommendation of one of the workers at Hard Rock. I told him I liked spicy sushi and this place nailed it.

I hand the Ex-girlfriend and asked him to make it extra spicy. It was spot on, the perfect amount of heat to punch you in the mouth without drounding out the flavor. It's honestly a delicate balancing act.

The service was outstanding, my server helped me pick out another roll. Not as spicy but a perfect compliment to the ex friend.

“This is one of my favorite places to go in town~ They always have the friendliest staff and their food never disappoints! Their new yaki noodles and tazuna rolls are really great. I loved their tazuna roll because I got to build what I like in it, since I always have the hardest time choosing between what roll I want. Their tea is so refreshing to drink! “Excellent homestyle traditional food and presentation representing the wonderful state of Michoacan. Our food was fresh and made to order. The server was wonderful and patient with the modifications some of our younger guests requested.

Their aguas frescas are made in house from fresh ingredients and they bottle them, which was convenient to take on the go instead of using those flimsy to-go cups. The place is very small so there may be a bit of a wait to be seated if it's full. Especially for those with large groups.

The only drawback is that, unfortunately, there is no easy access to the restroom. You have to walk through a cramped kitchen to the very back. However, the food is worth the visit regardless of this minor quirk.“

We also got the Saigon Bento plate and everything in it was so tasty! But the one that stood out was the garlic noodles. It’s so flavorful! “An unexpected stop when I first brought my car to the local Toyota service department. Even more unexpected was how good the food is. I got the birria street taco plate and the first bite of the tacos brought tears to my eyes, literally not figuratively.
Everything was made fresh and came out tasty, I might need to take my car in more often.
