“First of all, I LOVE pizza. However, I also like not breaking the bank. For this reason I would always go to Little Caesars for there hot-n-ready. It wasn't great, but it was cheap, and I LOVE pizza. Until I finally realized one day that I was paying over $20 for 2 hot-n-ready pizzas. Rusty's pizza is really good, and their ranch is house made and I love it. Super expensive though. About 3 months ago I realized Magoo's was still there, and I remembered eating there when I was a kid. Magoo's Pizza is on par with Rusty's (if not better), and better priced. I've eaten there every 1-2 weeks for the last 3 months. Today I bought 2 large pizzas (1 three topping pizza, and 1 half and half pizza) and a large house made ranch for about $48.

“High quality ingredients for superb taste, abundant toppings, evenly distributed toppings, friendly staff, and extreme value. Easy to bake for a fresh crisp crust. I bake a regular crust pizza for 8 min on the tray at 425 and then separate the crust from the pan by lifting the edge with a spatula as I turn the pizza in the oven using tongs. I then slide the loosened pizza off the pan onto the middle rack to complete the baking. Yummy and perfect every time!!

But this last Monday I went to Me and Ed's on Coffee road in Bakersfield and it was the best it's ever been! Just like the Me-n-Ed's pizza I used to get in Fresno back and late '80s early '90s!“

*The Pizza: 11/10*
I went full mad scientist: *Alfredo + pesto base*, loaded it with *mozzarella, chicken, ham, artichokes, onions, mushrooms*, then hit it with *balsamic glaze* after the fire.

That first bite? Creamy alfredo + herby pesto fighting for dominance, then the salty ham and chicken come through, artichokes add that tang, and the balsamic cuts through everything with sweet acidity. The crust got that perfect leopard-spotted char from their 900° oven. Took 3 minutes flat.

“I love Rusty's. Their pizza is top two on my list. I love their crust and they are pretty generous with their toppings, which makes their pizza pretty yummy! Our family enjoys coming here for pizza and we also love their chicken and wedges. Their chicken is crispy and juicy. It's so good. Their wedges are delicious too. They're pretty big and I love the seasoning. You really can't go wrong ordering anything on their menu. My husband and I also like to come for lunch. They have some pretty good lunch specials. We really enjoy their salad bar. I just wish they had hard boiled eggs and macaroni salad, but the ranch makes up for what the salad bar lacks. I love their ranch, it's one of the best in town. When our boys were younger, as a team mom, I would always have their team parties here. They offer the most generous deal for team parties and they don't make you put down a deposit. Families of players need to purchase their own food, but Rusty's offers 2 free slices of pizza and a drink for free for each player! No other pizza company in town offers that! Call and ask because my boys are a lot older now and their policies may have changed, so I don't know if they still offer this. 2 more things I really like about Rusty's is they used to let you fill out a postcard and they would send it to you for a free small (not personal size) pizza for your birthday! I don't know if they still do this, but check into it. The last thing I really appreciate about Rusty's is they give free personal size pizza vouchers to Houchin Blood Bank for blood donors. My husband donates blood on a regular basis (I am unable to donate) and he regularly receives free pizza vouchers. We are so appreciative to Rusty's for being part of rewarding and acknowledging donors for doing something so important! These are only a few reasons why we give Rusty's our business. Thank you for giving back to our community! Writing this review has been making me crave Rusty's even though we were there for lunch just last week, so we will be stopping by for dinner sometime this weekend!“

I came in expecting some slop of a pizza but they have an actual brick oven with fresh ingredients . the staff is pretty nice and welcoming and the interior of the actual gas station has a modern simplistic look to it but in a good way. “John's has been around since I was a wee lad. If I were reviewing as a child, I'm sure it would be highly rated. You walk in and are greeted by warm smiles. If you're lucky, you'll be helped by an enthusiastic and cheerful Emma. I was trying to use gift cards and ran into some errors, but after some help from her supervisor, we got it resolved.
I remember the unusual pizza combinations as a kid, and I'm kind of glad they are only made by request now, I mean, come on, peanut butter?? Lol.
So they have a huge two part arcade, larger than MB2, BLVD, Chuckle Cheese, and Dave & Buster's. However, their card system sucks compared to the above-mentioned arcades. The interface is spotty, and it is hard to scan your card sometimes, or the reader doesn't read it right away. And then we get to the playablity and cleanness of the games. I get the arcade is huge, but it only takes a few minutes to wipe a game down. If a game isn't working to its specified standards, then it should be taken out of play or worked on by the tech team. The busboy team was pretty good at cleaning tables and getting dishes out of the way, I know it's not the most glamours job, so I have respect for them.
I think if they could improve their card system and just do some standard cleaning and arcade repair or placement in a different manner, it would elevate their flow. Overall, it was a solid time there as a parent.“
