“Yesterday, I was forgetful. I forgot to grab Nothing Bundt cake for my son's surprise dinner. However, as I was driving over at 5 pm. I called and spoke to the nicest, kindest, young man. He took my order, got it prepped, and made everything a breeze. He went above and beyond, in my moment of panic. I appreciate everything he did!
