“We had a great experience there for lunch today on 8-31-26. Billy was our server and he personally made sure that we were taken care of. The hostess was very friendly and got us our silverware and sat us down. The atmosphere was nice and inviting and quiet. We went at the perfect time around 2:30 pm.
It felt like we had the place to ourselves. We hadn't been there in quite a few years so we just decided to stop in and I am so glad we did. We had orange chicken and Lo mein noodles and a lunch special of crispy honey chicken over fried rice with veggies and a house salad for 14.99. Everything was so delicious. Thanks Billy for the great service today we had a wonderful late lunch.“

“Food is as expected in a premier sushi bar that puts in the effort. What stands out to me is the staff, who welcomed you the moment you open the door, the immediate service when you're seated and the food being on the table before you know it.
The server was never more than five minutes away from checking in and they made sure we lacked nothing.
They also clean the chairs and floor along with the table, whether it looks like it needs it or not. That's attention to detail and top flight standards.
The reasonable (for sushi) prices sure helped in forming this review, too.
Everyone also bids you goodbye, too. It's a small gesture that used to be in every restaurant, but it stands out in today's corporate vacuum.“

“This was me and my beautiful girlfriend first time going to Waba grill and wow, what a great first impression. I ordered through the online kiosk in store which was fairly simple. I waited about 10 minutes for the food and it was worth the wait. I got the chicken and steak plate with extra wontons and boom boom sauce. Everything tasted amazing. I also had their strawberry watermelon lemonade which was very refreshing. Service was on point and the staff is very friendly. Plus the restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming which I enjoyed. 11/10 and I will be coming again.“

“Most definitely the BEST place in Bakersfield for Chinese food!!! It’s truly a hidden gem. Everything there is so delicious. I personally like the Three delight sizzling rice soup! My kids love the broccoli beef and orange chicken.“
