My little brother and I ordered the tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen bowl with pork kutsu and boiled eggs as extras, the food was very good though I think we got shoyu (soy based) broth judging from the taste and color (it was the dark brown broth, tonkotsu one was a lighter color going off the website) but it was still pretty tasty. my boyfriend and i went to this lovely ramen place as part of our 6th month anniversary!!! we ordered the chicken gyoza and we agreed it was splendid, perfectly cooked, very well-seasoned, and not too salty :). I have been craving ramen, so I decided to finally try this restaurant. I wasn't disappointed. From someone who loves ramen, even when it's hot outside.. I really enjoyed this place. I was skeptical because of the most recent review (14 days prior) to this one about the food being salty... but I still decided to try it out and I'm glad I did.
