“Last night, we had a flavorful dinner at PF Chang's, struggling to choose from their menu since all the dishes are delicious. In the end, we couldn't resist the crispy shrimp and Mongolian beef topped with fresh green onions. The apple drink infused with smoked cinnamon had such a unique flavor that we happily ordered a second round. The highlight, however, was the warm, complimentary service from our friendly servers, Katlynn and Daniel. They made us feel more like friends than customers, engaging in meaningful conversation and making our evening truly special—far beyond ordinary service. “So, there are new owners for this place, but they took the time to learn from the previous owners to prepare the same dishes we all know and love. My biggest concern was how they make the honey walnut shrimp. To my delight! It is unchanged. Hefty shrimp, lots of walnuts wonderful sauce, completely different from most other restaurants. “The egg rolls are great. The rest of my food was good.

I ordered two egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce and the were perfect.

I also had the 3 entree combination with rice, chow mein, two servings of Kung Pau Chicken and an order of Garlic Chicken.

The food was good, but not spicy as it was claimed to be. There was a big lack of spice and that was the main reason I ordered those options.

Service was fast and good.

There was little atmosphere at the place, however it was quite and clean.

I do recommend this place, at least if you want great egg rolls and non spicy food.“

To think we drove out to Bakersfield to celebrate my son's 21st birthday and every restaurant we went to said they had no tables available. So, we looked online and called uptrend Rice Bowl who to our surprise did have an available table. All I can say is, Thank God they did, because if it weren't for that we would've never discovered this great place!!! Would HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE & EVERYONE!!!“
