“I'm giving 5 stars because I want this place to survive. Delicious food and a decent price. The food court on base closes at 6pm. Because of the shutdown. So if you live in the barracks and you want dinner after 6 you are pretty much screwed unless you have something microwaveable that you already bought. I'm not a business expert, but if you don't get off til 5ish if you're lucky. Then have to wait for the bus to get back to main side. Or, even if you can drive. You have to haul behind to get food on base before everything closes. These hours are going to kill these restaurants.“

The food was delicious, the customer service was exceptional, the prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. Our order was ready on time, and everything was fresh and well prepared. “Second time trying and we enjoyed it. Eggrolls were large and delicious. They had an option of crunchy chow mein or wet, and I chose the wet option. The taste was interesting just one that I’m not used to. Everything else was very good. The sweet-and-sour chicken, the fried rice.“

“It's been a great while since we have had some great tasting Panda Express 🐼. This location in handford by Costco was pretty good except one side that we asked for. It was the chowmain noodles for me, or should I say, for me and my wife. The noodles were laking flavor, and the texture was more on the dry side. I still gave 5 stars because everything else was still on point from customer service to a great atmosphere and good tasting food.“

“I ordered a three-course meal along with honey sesame chicken for $22. The sides included honey prawns, spicy chicken with vegetables, honey chicken breast, and orange chicken.

I loved the prawns, the chicken with walnut vegetables, and the orange chicken. Unfortunately, the honey sesame chicken was overcooked and dry, and the noodles were undercooked. Despite that, I really enjoyed the atmosphere overall.“
