The dinner we had tonight was delicious! We both ordered the same combination plate. Pork chow mein, fried rice, sweet & sour pork, 2 pcs sweet and sour chicken wings, and chicken vegetable. Everything tasted great, in my opinion the fried rice could have been put together better with more vegetables and "sauce". It was more like white rice with little pieces of pork. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Hong Kong Chop Suey Restaurant, a hidden gem nestled on the outskirts of Downtown Hanford, flanked by two other Chinese eateries. I was raised on both Loasian and Szechwan cuisine, I prefer spicy/hot dishes. I have lived in Hanford for 10 years and this was the first time ordering from Hong Kong Chop Suey. Their spicy shrimp szechwan was suburb to say the least, the ingredients, the spices and the aroma alone reminded me of home and enjoying meals with family and friends.
