“I drove past this restaurant while visiting my sister in the hospital. I’m not from the area but thought I’d get some take-out. It was fresh, hot, and good sized servings. I had Pad Thai and added crispy tofu, as well as the garlic green beans. Delicious!“

“Tired of all the general chain pizzas. Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Ceasars and papa John’s. Pizza guys is more expensive of course but definitely worth the price in my opinion. If bang for your buck is what you’re looking for though then this probably won’t be the best option. I usually get an XL with 16 wings for 50 bucks. Plus they throw in a free 2 liter so that’s cool.“

“The food here is excellent and seems to be made fresh. We had the Asada Fries as an appetizer and the potatoes were sliced fresh with the skin still on - just like home made. I had a shrimp dish and the shrimp, vegetables, and sauce were all excellent. The beans and rice were top notch too and everyone there was super nice. This place is a hidden gem.“

“Clean, fresh environment with plenty of TVs and comfortable seating options. Clever is the name of the game with this place. Edamame served on the house like bread/butter or chips/salsa, excellent attention to detail in the dishes and decor, and creative yet simple execution across the board. Generous portions, friendly staff, and an alt radio station to make me feel like I am where I am (Bakersfield). The list goes on and on. Make an effort to stop by here if you need to treat yourself ☺️

“Amigos… I just had an absolutely religious experience at Blaze Pizza.
*The Pizza: 11/10*
I went full mad scientist: *Alfredo + pesto base*, loaded it with *mozzarella, chicken, ham, artichokes, onions, mushrooms*, then hit it with *balsamic glaze* after the fire.
That first bite? Creamy alfredo + herby pesto fighting for dominance, then the salty ham and chicken come through, artichokes add that tang, and the balsamic cuts through everything with sweet acidity. The crust got that perfect leopard-spotted char from their 900° oven. Took 3 minutes flat.
*The Function: This place gets it*
Watching your pizza come to life is half the fun. You literally build it step by step like you’re Bob Ross with toppings. _“We’re just gonna add some happy little artichokes here…”_ You walk out feeling like you created a masterpiece. Great atmosphere — fast, clean, and that fire oven in the back makes the whole place smell amazing.

Melissa at the register was the MVP. Super patient while I overthought my toppings, gave solid recommendations, and kept the line moving with a smile. That’s good customer service right there. She made the whole experience 10x better.
If you haven’t built your own chaos pizza at Blaze yet, you’re missing out. It’s fast-fired, fully custom, and hits every time. I’m already planning my next combo.
Pro tip: Don’t skip the balsamic drizzle. Game changer.

“They got rid of the 2 double delux for 10, as such, this place became the same as every other local joint. At that point, I'd rather go to closer places like Youngs or Golden Ox. The counter people are dismissive, probably because they are in fact over worked. The food now is a touch pricer than others, and the indoor seating is very cramped and uncomfortable. Drive thru only for me, and that's... insane to navigate.“

“Very disappointed in my kids turkey sandwich that I always order at the Mount Vernon location but decided to go here because I was in the area. The bread was so salty on top that I could not eat my sandwich and it had no mayonnaise on it and it was sloppily made. So needless to say I am very disgusted and disappointed with this location and will not be returning. These employees need to pay attention to what the hell they're doing“
