Stopped in for lunch, and was amazing as always. We’re a Frequent Foodie at Frugatti’s, because of the great service, food, and atmosphere. Don’t skip the dessert, you definitely need that. We met the owner, Ralph, today. It was fun to discuss his future plans and his passion for perfection. Best lace to eat in Bakersfield, hands down.

Mama's carrot cake and cheesecake are decadent desserts. The restaurant is lovely—beautifully designed with a well-thought-out layout. The menu shares the story behind some of the dishes, which makes the experience even more special. Guests praise the clam chowder, describing it as the best, and highlight the delicious shrimp Alfredo. The staff is friendly and prompt, contributing to a great overall experience. The restaurant's renovation has created a beautiful space that retains its Italian vibes. While the service can be slow at times, especially during busy nights or for larger parties, the food remains good, with favorites like Chicken Parm, which is hearty and dependable, and Braciole, known for its tender meat and generous portion. The Truffle Sacchetti offers a good amount and includes chicken, providing satisfying portions.
