we had a brief overnight in Bakersfield on our way from Northern California to Southern California and we found this place after googling vegan breakfast. It was absolutely incredible. My husband, our three kids, and I have been all over the world and all over the US as well and I would say this was genuinely in the top tier of restaurants we have been to. Mango Haus is a great breakfast spot with a wide array if beverages and a great atmosphere. The breakfast burrito was very filling and the homemade chips were a great touch. The best part of the burrito was the salsa. Service was a bit slow but I would come back here the next time I am visiting Bakersfield.

Greatly exceeded expectations. We ordered salmon and chicken mole. Both were perfectly prepared. Chicken was huge, but perfectly cooked through and moist. Mole had just perfect slow-building heat. Salmon was grilled to perfection.
