“Finally made the 90-minute trek to Dave’s Hot Chicken with the fam! 🍗 The vibe was great—super friendly staff and a very clean spot despite the crowd. The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious. Only downside was no cheese sticks today, but that just gives us an excuse to come back soon!“

“Ghoul Review: I honestly cannot name another chicken spot in the downtown area (and many other places i find myself roaming) that i can honestly say i would comeback to like i do this spot.

Menu: I personally believe the portions and Variety of this whole menu is good for anyone looking for a quick bite or even all the way up too functions that host multiple people. I personally go for the chicken sandwich ($6.50 w no sides). For that price and its size, i think its pretty bulky and will easily get me through the day as i dont eat much cause i get lazy when too full and it gets in the way if my work. My only criticism really is just the amount of flavor options you can get for the 10 piece option but with todays economy for business owners, i could put that aside honestly.

Environment: Very spacious, the color selection isnt hard to look at and i think i could honestly relax or catch my breath here before going out to the world. Def would bring my friends, family, or companion for hangouts. Just dont be a jerk.

Staff: Easy the strongest piece of this business. Very kind, quick to give you your order at the expected quality (unless this gets swamped here or many other factors that could make your order take longer) and overall give the energy i would want from a place i wanna eat or chill at. They reflect the energy you present and so i believe if you are patient and kind, you will get that back for sure

“Just went to this location, the cashier that was working (Summer P) was the best. She was Very friendly and happy and SMILING!!!! Not many fast food workers know what customer service means anymore. She was seriously a good example of good customer service. I am a manager at a local hardware store and if we were hiring I would definitely be trying to recruit her. You guys have a good one El pollo loco.“

“Why is there no more cashiers at El Pollo Loco I do not like the computer system they have it canceled my order and it took 10 minutes to try and order don't like that system get rid of it I walked out because I couldn't get any correct help“

“I want to recognize Genesis at the KFC on Noble Avenue in Visalia for her outstanding customer service. I was there picking up an Uber Eats order, and the food was going to take a little while to finish. The staff let me know about the wait, and Genesis went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary drink while I waited.

As an Uber driver, I appreciate employees who treat delivery drivers with respect and kindness, and Genesis did exactly that. She was friendly, professional, and made the wait much more pleasant. Small gestures like that make a big difference and reflect positively on the entire restaurant.

“My husband and I have gotten food here several times now. We've never had a time when we were disappointed with the food. The chicken is moist and the heat level you pick is true to its name. The workers are always friendly and the food is always done in a timely fashion. The atmosphere in the prosperity location is similar to a sports style place. No alcohol. We will definitely get food here again.“

“I stop by this location all the time, and the employees are always so kind and welcoming. I always recommend this location especially over the Visalia one. The food is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious every time.
