El Pollo Loco is my absolute favorite but I've had enough of this particular location and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.This is the 3rd time in a row that I order several Pollo Bowls and they give me dark meat or de-boned shredded chicken from the previous day. Went through the drive thru today and ordered 2 combo meals…the guy taking the order was friendly and helpful…the food was amazing….everything today from start to finish as well as the food itself was on point.

Haven't been to an El Pollo Loco in a long time.I was really looking forward to the flavorful chicken but it just wasn't very good.Staff was very nice.Edit. I think my view was more on the value side. Perhaps I was a bit unfair as the prices in California are higher than I'm used to paying.
