Brazilian Acai Bowls & Juice Bar

Hi on the e way out I got your umbrella and ripped my 17$ acia bowl on the floor and I went back inside to ask if I could get a new one and he was very rude and kept saying how his parents owned the shop and there was nothing he could do about it. I get it but he was not cool about it. Get a new employee !

I paid $8.72 for close to no actual acai in my bowl. Severely disappointed. There was nobody else in the store for me to even validate the lack of attentiveness.

I payed over $8 for, I’m not exaggerating, a CENTIMETER of acai base!! This is ridiculous portions that they are serving and an even crazier price. No wonder the store was empty.

Got this Erewhon smoothie dupe, and it was $25… I gasped!!! Their online website for pickup stated that it’s $16.99 for a large. Huge rip off!! It’s not even that good! Tastes like protein powder. I feel scammed!!! Never again!

So I came in the store to buy some Sea Moss and when I try to purchase it, it was $30.30 and the young lady said she cannot take my $50 bill. I don’t understand why I will not spend another dime in the store because she was so rude as it wasn’t for the customer in the store to offer me change, I will not spend my money there I had to come home to save my body and get rid of her energy horrible person working in the organic store for bad energy is not a good thing. It’s not a good look.

They keep charging more and filling the containers less and less. Now they only give you half of the container and the other half is granola. I'm so disappointed they are cheating people like this. I have been a customer since they started. Picture so you can see how little acai they put in the large bowl that cost $20. It's ridiculous.

They get my order right and are very nice most of the time. A couple of the employees look miserable, but maybe they couldn't hear us. Our last visit the music was way too loud and connected to someone's phone so between their notifications and music is was very busy.

My family and I have been coming here for a couple years now and sadly the portion sizes have started to drastically change. Even with the change they made with the containers, portions sizes are always off. I usually get a medium or large and it's as if I ordered a small when it's a medium and medium when i order a large. It's frustrating it happens often and not cool for what you're paying.

The people are great there. Always smiling and kind. Never get my order wrong. Love the atmosphere. The music is never too loud or inappropriate. Love the chalkboard wall with all the local artists' handiwork on it. Food is amazing also. Favorite place tp go after wrestling practice.
