Brazilian Acai Bowls and Juice Bar

Never tried this before. Had a spicy poke bowl....crazy amount of fish in the bowl. Its was very good. Everyone else did the rio bowl which is fruit. Also rockin. Service was great prices reasonable it seemed. Only knock is the drink selection. No unsweetened drinks except water.

Arrived, sign outside, chairs staged outside to seat people, door is locked. Lights are on inside, but nobody is visible. Likely taking a lunch break or something. Tried calling and no answer. Thought I would try this place but guess they won't be getting any business today. Stop taking up real estate on our downtown street and let someone who actually wants to serve bakersfield use this prime location.

I’ve been calling everyday for a week so that I can grab an application, the girl working hangs up, I’ve called literally everyday. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the owner because I know you guys are short staffed and I personally need a second job, but with the immature employees, I’m not sure I like this business anymore. The employees are rude, and the hours are off. Needs help. For real.

Went and the open sign was on and the poster board was outside and it was closed and was waiting outside for 10 mins . Started calling multiple times and nobody answered. They need to update their open times . It was so only 10:45 am !!!!!!

Good i did get nothing.

Called to put in an order but no one picked up. Went over there and it seemed like no one was there even though it says open.

The customer service is horrendous. Guy at the counter had the rudest face, no smile, no greeting, no words at all said to us. Literally the most awkward interaction and when our bowls were ready, he literally just placed them on the counter and left. He didn’t even give us spoons or napkins. Another employee walked in at the moment we were about to leave and gave them to us but had she not arrived, he would’ve just left without giving us anything. It was all such a weird experience because his demeanor was so angry the entire time. I’m not one to complain, I worked in customer service before and know how bad it can be, but a major part of the job is to interact well with customers lol. Least one can do

I have stopped by the Chester location three times in the last 3 weeks. Everytime, the open sign is on, the sandwich board is out and the door is locked. When I call there is no answer.

They use instacart shoppers to order their products but don't tip at all. Eventually they will run out of drivers that will accept orders from here and they will have to go do their own shopping @$$holes!!!

They use fresh fruit, not powders or premade stuff. It’s good!

Looked up online and was supposed to be open went all the way over there and they were closed!!! Not cool… Come on now lazy people how do you expect to have success in your business if you are not even open…

Not open, when they say they are open. Check before you order.

It's cool. Not the best just near. Biggest issue i have is that the time they show they close is not the real time they close.8 This is about the 3rd time I have went they and they were closed and it says they open. I purposely check the time online before I drove over there and sure enough when I got there they closed. That's bad business

Got the Bako bowl with condensed milk instead of honey. Never would have thought of that but it was delicious! Chose almond butter instead of peanut butter. Could have this daily for lunch. Cute cafe with friendly vibe and hustling employees
