They do not walk by and ask if you need anything not even a refill, all orders are placed at the cash register. They charge you extra for sauce if you order more than one item without informing you. Didn’t find out until after I paid for the food and saw the receipt. 1lb of shrimp plus 1/2lb of snow crab then charge you almost $6 extra for sauce that you did not ask for. Feels like a scam! I have Never heard of this at a seafood place.

Highly recommend! We always get the EZ Peel shrimp and crawfish with potatoes, sausage, and corn (Spicy). Ready in minutes, great service, never disappoints.

$6.50 for a soda? I bag dinner for 2 $100 bucks. Food is not worth the price. Santa Clarita has an all you can eat for $40 dollars a person.

The food was really bad .I got the Crawfish which was just mostly shells..The fish and chips and shrimp rubbery fries cold and hard .The Jambalaya was also dry.The girl taking my order was polite and friendly.Food came out quick..I spent around 70.00

My family and I came here for dinner craving a seafood boil. The prices are steep, but you get what you pay for right? Between the 4 of us, we spent nearly $300. Staff were not friendly and did not even attempt to offer so much as a smile, even once.

I put 3 stars because the food was very good. However, upon sitting down, we asked for 4 waters. 3 came. No matter. Gloves and bibs come and food begins to arrive. Only 3 pairs of gloves were brought. We had to ask for a 4th pair, as we were a party of 4, 3 times from 2 different staff before we received them. Again, no matter.

But then things took a bit of a turn, my sister dumped her bag on the table to see a long, dark hair in her food. Gross? Yes. Ok, things happen. Food gets sent back and remade. Food comes back out. Potatoes are missing from the bag. At this point, we're all agitated. Hardly an apology even offered, no compensation, nothing.

When I made a complain to staff, we were offered a refund for the potatoes which was $3.75. I asked for a manager. None were available. Staff contacted manager and stated all they were able to provide was the previously offered $3.75. So not only was someone in our groups food contaminated with hair. But when the issue was meant to be resolved, an item was missing. Everyone at my table has worked in the service industry or still does. Never in any of our lives have we been so disregarded and under compensated for these sorts of issues, nor would we as service industry workers provide this type of service or rectification for not 1 but 2 mistakes with one meal upwards of $60.

I left a name and number with staff to be contacted by management regarding our complaints at a later time. We will see if I receive a call.

Again, the food was very good, however, this tainted our experience. Not sure if we will be back or not.

I called to place a pickup and didnt even get my food till over 30 min of me arriving. Mind you I placed a pickup order so it could be ready when I got out of work wich was a 30/35 min drive already. When I got my food it wasnt hot more like Luke warm so I asked why isnt the food hot if ive been waiting over a hour for it? Wasn't given a answer just looked at me and rolled her eyes. Over 150$ I spent and honestly while also being hungry I went home ate my mediocre meal and went to sleep. Well im at the emergency room with a iv due to food poisoning and that was the only thing I ate yesterday besides water in my Stanley cup. If I could rate a 0 or -10 I would. First and last time ever going there 😢

UPDATE: I ordered on Grubhub for pickup and was missing many items, went back to the store and the cashier was very rude and was acting like the food was coming out her paycheck? Showed them the receipt and they still did not want to give me all the missing food. Long story short, I requested a refund to grubhub for my missing food and will now give this establishment a 1 star for bad customer service. I will also take my business somewhere else.

I eat here atleast twice a week because I love the food so much. My favorite dish is easy peel shrimp with captains choice sauce. THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!

This place was my favorite. But after spending $160 being told soda fountain was broken. Also no king crab?!? The worst experience for the money I spent. At lest a discount for not having drinks. Will not be returning.
