Worst drive thru experiences ever. Paid $25 and didn’t get the food I ordered. They didn’t give a receipt to me so they won’t correct the mistake they made. DONT GO TO THIS CARLS.

Today was the first time I have ever had bad customer service at this Carls Jr. located on Brimhall Rd. Johnathan's rude comment and lack of customer service was very unnecessary. The female who was working with him today also had poor customer service.

I’ve never been to a fast food joint that is super clean and that doesn’t smell like grease. The service here deserves a gold star. To the young guy who helped me (I didn’t ask for him name), thank you for being so attentive and kind. If I ever come back I will definitely ask for him name
