Horrible service. I went to the store to order my lunch and I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting without any smiling on the lady face. I really don’t understand because maybe she does not like me or she doesn’t have a happy day. I really hope she has a better day tomorrow. I won’t be back. 4/23/24

They claim to accept EBT, but they don't accept the SNAP benefits. Only the TANF will allow you to eat at Carl's jr. As for their site below... to better serve us: see the error pic below. Did I mention how fantastic their app is in functionality and navigation? Can you guess why I didn't mention it? Because it sucks! It doesn't work... at all. It's like playing a game you can never win. Over and over, till you uninstall or throw your device into a wall. I understand their burgers are good, though. From what I remember... Back when a single BWC was affordable.

This place needs to learn customer service.And make there food fresh and Carl’s JrMeant things to be done , not all pre-cooked and cold and the fries being dropped several time in the grease to warm them up .Customer services is about as rude and snarky as any they can be as well with there rude attitude and snark remarks…This location need new managers and better customer service most definitely….I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because of this

Finally! A Carl's JR that takes pride in the food and service. I haven't had Carl's Jr in over a year. This place, the food was outstanding. The fries were crispy and the burger was fresh and hot and got all over the place. Even the drink was on point! Let's not forget about the cashier/ server, she was humble, friendly, and pleasant to talk to. Her name is Ashley, who ever is running this Carl's Jr a big high five to you!
