The only reason service got 3 stars is because the drive thru is animated, youe not talking to a real person and sometimes the AI doesn't understand and is really slow!!!!! Thankfully a worker jumped on the intercom and I was able to complete my order and she was able to correct the mistakes from the AI. Otherwise, the food and atmosphere were excellent and the human staff were also kind and friendly and very helpful!!!!

It's a Carl's jr! The one thing that will set these places apart is the staff and the accuracy of orders and quality of the food. My family has been to this restaurant many times. The orders are always fairly accurate I believe there was a missing item once or twice but in comparison to other places that is actually pretty good. The food has always been good. The inside could use a good scrub down and clean. I partially blame this on the fact that people do not...

The food was excellent (Western Bacon Cheeseburgers, Waffle Fries), and the human employees were very friendly and helpful. (Not too keen on the automated voice when ordering. Sounded like "she" was having trouble understanding the order.)
