I am only giving a 1 star review because there's not an option for negative stars. My family and I have been loyal, regular customers of Cataldos for years now. We usually love their pizza and the service used to be awesome. However recently the food has not been as good because they changed their ovens. On March 15th we ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks for delivery from the website. I ordered at 6:18 pm. At 6:47 pm their website said my order was picked up. By 7:11 almost 30 mins later my food was not delivered. I called the store and was informed that my order was still there, that the driver was still waiting. I told her ok no problem, I just didn't want cold food. At 8:11 Pm the driver arrived, jumped out of the passenger side of the vehicle with my food. Said sorry I had car trouble. My food was COLD, THE BOTTOM OF THE BOXES WERE SOGGY!....um...NOPE.... we went to the store with all of the food unopened and uneaten. Asked for a refund and for the owner to give me a call. I have received no call from anyone as of yet. I am pissed and will not be ordering from here again. 2 hours and almost 70 dollars for cold pizza is unacceptable. Especially with the delivery address being 1 minute away.

Me and my wife waited 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered just for the delivery guy to tell us that he had to go home check his kids and then he had car trouble and the owner never called us back so we will never go back and when we got our pizza it was ice cold and we live one minute away from cataldo's with a red light it took me 1 minute if the owner cared he would have called us so he doesn't care about his business

Best pizza in town my 6 year old granddaughter will eat the entire personal size pizza, she LOVES Cataldos! Always a side of meatballs for Grandma ?The staff on Roberts lane are wonderful!

Went with my teenage daughter and as she was looking through the window to check where they were at with the pizza (seeing how we had been waiting 30mins) the cook with the big nose have my daughter a creepy look tht made her so uncomfortable she wanted to go to the car o could the workers gossiping I know one waitress /cashier bf bought a cherry picker I shouldn't know that horrible experience felt judged the whole time but alright pizza

My family went to visit my son...we came really far. My son told us about this place and man they didn't disappoint. It was absolutely delicious ? everything was on point thank Khris and Lalis.
Im not big on reviews but this time around we bought pizza for dinner with a side of logs and it was for a family dinner and let me tell you how embarrassed I was the food was disappointing the logs were all burnt and not even a good amount I ordered regular not a side and the pizza I paid for extra cheese and it didn't even have regular amount of cheese you can see all the sauce I can definitely say I wont be coming back I do not recommend also requested my refund

They misunderstood the pizza we ordered and Gabe’s is a vegetarian pizza instead of the Boston pizza. We live in shafter and they drove all the way over her to deliver our pizza. Excellent service food was

Cataldo's will always be our go-to for pizza. They've never disappointed, but tonight was a different story. I ordered a large calzone with a side of meatballs. I was served a meatball that was completely burned and yet masked with sauce and cheese. No way it was accidental cause you can clearly see the difference just looking at them! As a cook, you know when something should NOT be served. I hope it was a fluke thing, but this is very disappointing.

Food is usually pretty mid as far as pizza goes. My real problem is the COVID outbreak going on with the employees and staff and the owner, Joe, encouraging employees to come in while they've tested positive. They're sending out delivery drivers who have tested positive!! It's just not okay to put unsuspecting customers at risk like this when you KNOW your employees have COVID!!

My family comes from back east and a good ol Italian nostalgic family NY style Pizzeria with real taste is a rare thing to come by out here ?That being said this nailed it all the way around. I just got a place down the street and I'll beaking this my go to at least once a week ? ?
