Looking for a place downtown that was open on Labor day, Centro was open so we stopped in. Seriously glad we did!
Had the Margareta pizza, Chicken Alfredo and split a Caesar, try as we might I couldn't find a complaint. The hostess, server and bartender were top notch, service was excellent! We'll be back often now!

New little place just opened a couple months ago, thought we’d stop in. Food, service and prices were great. Had the charcuterie plate and the burger for me, tortellini for my wife. Couldn’t find a complaint if I tried. Definitely will be back!
Visiting from Australia. Wanted to try some local brews in Bakersfield. Our bar tender Alex gave us a tasting experience to remember. Superb beers, great service and great vibe. Highly recommend 👌

Centro Cali Brewing | Bakersfield Craft Brewery & Restaurant is a new little place downtown that opened a couple months ago. The space is vibrant and welcoming. Food, service and prices were great. The menu includes the Margareta pizza, Chicken Alfredo, Caesar, charcuterie plate, burger, tortellini, Tri tip sandwich, salmon and chips, Spicy Potato Pearls, Four Cheese and Figs pizza, Roasted Pineapple pizza, pork belly bacon on bacon, and carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and frosting was delicious. The hostess, server and bartender were top notch, and service was excellent. The bartender gave a tasting experience to remember with superb beers and a great vibe. One server recommended food and drink options and was great, attentive, charasmatic and nice. The place has 90s bingo and great vibes. Some feel the food ordered was overpriced. The sauce on the Alfredo seemed to dry pretty quick. The salmon came on a platter of french fries. The pork belly bacon on bacon is an acquired taste. Blueberry is a favorite drink. Highly recommend.
