We were craving authentic Chinese food last night and came across Ching Yen. You can tell the owner, Sue, takes great pride in her food, and it really shows.
We started with the Sizzle Rice soup and Hot and Sour soup. Both soups were rich and delicious with fresh ingredients. We ordered the small bowls and each was big enough for two people to share one and have extra.
