“I want to update my previous review because today’s visit to Chipotle was a complete 180—awesome experience all around! 👌
Not long ago, I had a disappointing visit marked by poor cleanliness, overwhelmed staff, and a manager who didn’t seem to care. It felt like the store was struggling, and I genuinely hoped things would improve.
Well, they clearly hired professionals—and it shows. The team today was efficient, friendly, and on top of everything. The restaurant was clean, the service was smooth, and the atmosphere felt welcoming again. It’s amazing what a difference good leadership and a well-trained crew can make.
Kudos to whoever made the staffing changes. This is the kind of Chipotle experience that keeps customers coming back. Keep it up!“
“The food is great. The service depends on which employee serves you. We lucked out this visit. The atmosphere is terrible. It's loud, with uncomfortable chairs, and tables crowded together. Take-out orders at this store may be its focus.“
“One of the better food wise locations, hours, and convenience make it ideal. Refried beans are really good at this location
Parking: It shares a lot with taco bros so it can be challenging during lunch hours noon-4

“THE BEST CHIPOTLE IN BAKERSFIELD ! never disappoints every single time i go here ! whether dine in or delivery ! its better especially when you get there early ! they aren't stingy with the food AT ALL like the other ones here, if you ask for extra, YOU WILL GET EXTRA !!!! 10/10 all around. my bowl is literally overflowing, and when i get a burrito from here it's huge !“
“This chipotle is a nice one only complaint is sometimes they can be a but stingy with the protein portions but usually they are reasonably & fill the bowl up.. very clean & well maintained however the men’s restroom has a strange smell to it..Food is good & they are virtually never out of ingredients management seems to be laid bavk i enjoy dining in for lunch because the atmosphere/vibe is pretty laid back & chill.
Parking: Usually have to park far away because close parking is taken most the time.“
“No complaints of the people that prepared my bowls. They are always very nice to me but they look sad and rushed by their shift lead i think it is. She’s a middle aged woman and kinda has an attitude towards them.
Her attitude needs to better towards her employees and reassure them they’re doing a great job because they are.
And just a small complaint on the food, is that the chips kinda always taste stale for some weird reason or maybe I’m just unlucky and get the bottom of them 😂“
“Food is good but seems like they are not giving as much of portions on rice and the choice of meat as they used to. For the price it is probably going to only be a twice a month visit , especially since the don't give you nearly as much. But still great tasting food.“
