The service and food was great! I haven't had chipotle on a while, I'm bummed they changed the chips. They use to taste fresh with salt, and a hint of lemon but the new chips taste like old generic chips from a bag.
Food taste like chipotle, but several times now the service is just terrible, the employees look like they hate their job especially the ones serving, it's like they don't want customers to go

Never again. No customer service, food dry, rice not thoroughly cooked & they serve little portions. Serving counter had food all over it. This is my 2nd experience at this same establishment. Though I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. I'll make my own at home.......
